1. Services

Andrei provides Landing Page, Portfolio Website, and Presentation Website services. All projects are built based on the specific requirements provided by the client.

2. Payments & Quotes

All price quotes provided are valid for 30 days. For any project to begin, a down payment (deposit) may be required, as agreed upon during the initial discussion.

3. Intellectual Property

The code and design created for the client will become the client's property only after full payment has been received. Digital Core reserves the right to display the completed work in its portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

4. Limitation of Liability

Digital Core is not responsible for any issues caused by third-party platforms (such as Netlify, hosting providers, or external APIs) or for any data loss occurring after the project has been delivered to the client.

5. Revisions

We offer a set number of revisions (as specified in each project's agreement) to ensure the final product meets the agreed-upon standards.
